What is AppStaff?
AppStaff is a B2B industrial staffing platform that connects industrial companies, recruiters and staffing providers across Europe. Companies publish workforce requests; recruiters, staffing agencies and outstaffing providers offer available specialists; and the parties agree on cooperation directly.
Is AppStaff a staffing agency?
No. AppStaff does not employ or supply workers itself and is not a party to the agreements between users. We provide the platform where companies, recruiters and staffing agencies find each other and communicate; the terms of cooperation are agreed directly between the parties.
How much does it cost?
AppStaff is free to join and use during our launch period, both for companies and for recruiters. We take no per-hire commission on the standard plan. Premium and enterprise plans with advanced tools are planned for later. See the Pricing page for the current terms.
Which industries and countries does AppStaff cover?
AppStaff focuses on industrial work, including welding, metal construction, CNC and machining, automotive, industrial maintenance, painting and electrical work. The platform is built for companies, recruiters and staffing agencies across Europe, and both requests and specialists can be filtered by country.
Which languages is the platform available in?
The interface is available in English and Russian. You can switch the language at any time with the language selector in the site header.
For Companies & Factories
How do I publish a workforce request?
Register a company account, sign in and create a request describing who you need: profession, industry, country, number of workers, salary, working schedule, required experience, education, certificates and urgency. Published requests appear in the requests list, where recruiters and staffing providers can find them and respond with offers.
How do I receive and review offers?
Recruiters and staffing providers respond to your request with offers of their available specialists. You review the offers you receive in your account, ask questions in the internal chat and decide which recruiter or agency you want to work with.
Can I search for available specialists myself?
Yes. The specialists search lets you filter available specialists by country, profession, number of workers available, certificates, language, availability, experience and hourly rate.
For Recruiters & Staffing Providers
How do I find workforce requests?
Open the requests search and narrow the list with filters: country, required profession, industry, number of workers required, urgency, cooperation type, company activity, salary and experience.
How do I offer my specialists?
Register a recruiter account and present your available specialists or teams: profession, experience, certificates, languages, availability, hourly rate and the number of workers you can provide. When you find a suitable request, send the company an offer and continue the conversation in the internal chat.
I am a self-employed specialist. Can I use AppStaff?
Yes. When registering, choose the self-employed specialist account type, create a profile with your skills and experience, and companies can find you and hire you directly.
Communication & Cooperation
How do companies, recruiters and agencies communicate?
Through the internal chat on AppStaff. You can discuss the request, the specialists offered, the timing and the conditions without leaving the platform.
Who concludes the agreement?
The parties themselves. Once a company and a recruiter or agency have agreed, they conclude cooperation directly with each other. AppStaff takes no per-hire commission on the standard plan.
Accounts & Privacy
Which account types are available?
There are three account types: company (looking for workers), recruiter (recruiters, staffing agencies and outstaffing providers offering specialists) and self-employed specialist. You choose the type when you register.
What personal data does AppStaff store?
Only the data needed to run the platform, such as your account and contact details, the content you publish and the messages you exchange with other users. We do not sell personal data and do not share it with advertising networks. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.
Can I delete my account and my data?
Yes. You can ask us to delete your account and personal data at any time by sending a request through the contact page. Your other rights under the GDPR — access, rectification, portability and objection — are described in our Privacy Policy.
