Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of AppStaff, an industrial staffing platform connecting industrial companies and factories with recruiters, staffing and outstaffing providers, and available specialists across Europe. By creating an account, publishing a workforce request, offering or listing a specialist, or otherwise using the platform, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you are using AppStaff on behalf of a company or agency, you confirm that you have authority to bind that entity to this agreement.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter binding contracts to use AppStaff. Company and recruiter accounts must represent a legitimate, registered company, staffing or outstaffing provider, recruitment agency, or licensed recruiter. We may request documentation, including company registration details or applicable recruitment or staffing agency licences, before granting full account access.

Account responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for all activity that occurs under your account. Keep your credentials confidential, do not share logins between users, and notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access. Each company, agency, or recruiter should use a dedicated account rather than a shared one.

Acceptable use

When using AppStaff, you agree not to:

  • Submit false, misleading, or impersonating information about yourself, your company, or any specialist or worker.
  • Use the platform to harass, discriminate against, or exploit candidates or workers.
  • Charge workers or candidates fees in violation of applicable employment, recruitment or temporary agency work law.
  • Upload malware, attempt to bypass security, or probe the platform for vulnerabilities without written permission.
  • Use bots, crawlers, or any automated tool to scrape specialist profiles, workforce requests, or contact data.
  • Resell, redistribute, or re-publish AppStaff data on third-party job boards or databases.

Workforce requests and specialist listings

AppStaff is built for genuine industrial staffing and hiring. Specific rules apply to the content you publish.

Workforce requests

Workforce requests must reflect real positions or staffing needs at identifiable companies, sites, or projects. You must not post:

  • Fake or "ghost" requests used to harvest CVs.
  • Roles requiring payment from the candidate to be considered or placed.
  • Requests that misrepresent the type of work, work location, contract length, or salary.

Specialist listings

Recruiters and agencies listing specialists must have each specialist's informed consent to share their profile and credentials. You must not:

  • Submit forged or altered professional certificates, licences or qualification records, medical certificates, or identity documents.
  • Inflate work experience, qualification level, or career progression.
  • List the same specialist under multiple identities.

We may remove any listing and suspend accounts that breach these rules, and we may report suspected document fraud to the issuing body or other competent authorities.

Intellectual property

The AppStaff platform, including its interface, code, branding, and original content, is owned by AppStaff and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the content you upload, such as workforce requests and specialist data, but you grant AppStaff a non-exclusive licence to host, display, and process that content for the purpose of operating the platform.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

AppStaff is a connection tool. We do not employ or supply specialists or workers ourselves, and we do not guarantee that a request will be filled or that an offered specialist will be hired or engaged. The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AppStaff is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, lost contracts, or damages arising from your hiring and cooperation decisions, off-platform communications, or third-party conduct.

Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms, post fraudulent content, or use the platform in a way that harms other users or the staffing and recruitment industry. Sections relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, and governing law survive termination.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which AppStaff is established. Any dispute arising from your use of the platform will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction, unless mandatory local law provides otherwise.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the platform evolves or as legal requirements change. Material changes will be communicated through the platform or by email. Continued use of AppStaff after an update means you accept the revised terms.
