About AppStaff

Who we are

AppStaff is a B2B platform for industrial staffing across Europe. We bring together industrial companies and factories with recruiters, staffing agencies and outstaffing providers in one place, replacing scattered phone calls, spreadsheets and email chains with a single, structured workspace for sourcing workforce.

AppStaff is not a staffing agency and does not employ workers. We are the infrastructure where companies that need people and the recruiters and agencies that provide them find each other, communicate and agree on cooperation directly.

What we do

Companies post their workforce needs, and recruiters and staffing providers offer the specialists they have available. Both sides get the tools to find the right match quickly:

  • Workforce requests — companies describe the profession, industry, country, number of workers, salary, required experience and other requirements.
  • Available specialists — recruiters and staffing providers present specialists and teams with profession, experience, certificates, languages, availability and hourly rate.
  • Search filters on both sides, so you only see the requests and specialists that are relevant to you.
  • Offers and internal chat — recruiters and agencies respond to requests with offers, and both sides clarify the details in the chat built into the platform.
  • Direct cooperation — the parties agree terms directly, with no per-hire commission on our standard plan.
  • English and Russian — the platform interface is available in both languages.

Why industrial staffing

Industrial hiring has its own pace and its own requirements. A production line, a construction site or a plant maintenance shutdown often needs several qualified welders, CNC operators, painters or electricians at once, sometimes at short notice and in another country. General job boards are built for individual job seekers; AppStaff is built for the B2B side of the market, where companies look for workforce, and recruiters and agencies provide it. We focus on industries such as welding, metal construction, CNC and machining, automotive, industrial maintenance, painting and electrical work.

For recruiters and staffing providers

Create a recruiter account, present your available specialists, browse active workforce requests with filters and offer your specialists to the companies that need them.

For self-employed specialists

Create a profile, describe your skills and experience, and get hired by companies directly.
